She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and has spent her career helping companies navigate the complex landscape of chemical import/export regulations.

Before joining Vandelay Industrial AI, Emma worked at the EPA and several major chemical manufacturers, where she developed expertise in regulatory compliance, safety documentation, and process optimization. She’s familiar with regulations from the EPA, REACH, GHS, and other international frameworks.

At Vandelay, Emma is the guardian of our AI-powered chemical import/export intelligence platform. She ensures that our error detection and cross-format conversion capabilities are accurate and compliant with all relevant regulations. Her work is critical to helping companies streamline their chemical logistics while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Emma is known for her attention to detail and her ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements for non-expert users. She’s worked closely with the AI team to develop algorithms that can automatically validate chemical documentation and catch potential regulatory violations before they cause problems.

When she’s not ensuring compliance, Emma enjoys curling up with a good book, practicing yoga to maintain focus and balance, and observing local bird species in her backyard garden. She’s also a volunteer at a local wildlife rehabilitation center.
